Privacy Notice

Updated October 27, 2026

This notice covers northshorepumpkinco.com and the North Shore Pumpkin Co. quote builder. For privacy questions, contact hello@northshorepumpkinco.com.

Quote details and photos

The builder lets you enter a name, email, phone number, town, optional street address, display choices, preferred weekend, budget, notes, and photos of your property. These entries and photo previews are held in the current page’s memory. This website does not save the quote draft in local storage or a website database.

The online quote sender is not currently connected. While it remains disabled, the builder does not transmit your entries or photos, and pressing send does not create a quote request. Refreshing or closing the page discards its in-page draft; your original photo files remain on your device. You can instead contact the business by email. Email is handled by your email provider and the business’s email service, outside this builder.

If online sending is enabled later, this notice and the form will need to identify the receiving service before that feature is used. The current code contains a disabled Formspree adapter; it is not an active upload service.

What to include

Send only information needed to discuss the display and property. Avoid photos showing people, private documents, vehicle plates, or unrelated interiors. Do not include entry codes, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information. Property photos may contain location or other metadata; review the files before emailing them.

Website services

Firebase Hosting serves this site. The main site also requests fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Those providers receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, and the requested resource. Their own privacy notices explain their handling of that information: Google Privacy Policy and Unsplash Privacy Policy.

The current website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers, a customer sign-in, or payment collection. Your browser or the hosting provider may cache public files as part of normal website delivery.

Email inquiries and your choices

If you contact North Shore Pumpkin Co. directly, the business uses the information you provide to respond and discuss your request. This website does not automatically add you to a marketing list. Contact the business to ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion. Any applicable legal rights depend on your location and circumstances; information needed for an ongoing service or legal obligation may need to be retained.

For details about the handling or retention of a specific record, contact the business. Please do not send additional sensitive information to identify yourself. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Accessibility help

If a page, quote step, or photo picker is difficult to use, email hello@northshorepumpkinco.com. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it. You can request help discussing a display without using the online builder. Accessibility fixes are ongoing; this notice is not a guarantee of conformance.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website’s features or information handling change. The date above identifies the current version.
